We clarified the customer’s right to return pre-designed Haut5plateaux products. We added a paragraph explaining that orders with pre-designed and non-customizable products can be cancelled and returned back to our facilities, and that Haut5plateaux will refund shipping expenses for these returns. We also clarified the refund-issuing procedure for such products.
